A large choice of melting furnaces : 4 induction tilting furnaces medium frequency (1000 Hz) of 400 KW and 750 Kg unit capacity 2 induction DPO furnaces medium frequency (1000 Hz) of 150 KW and 150 Kg unit capacity 3 natural gas tilting furnaces of 900 Kg guarantee the manufacturing of a very large variety of alloys with high mechanical characteristics thanks to carefully studied composition margins and metal at the spout spectrum analysis.   Examples : Pure coppers with high electric conductivity (> 92 % IACS) Chromium-copper alloys 1 % with chemical composition and suitable heat treatment in order to obtain and give greater emphasis to the required physical or mechanical characteristics Tin and nickel bronze for research of best quality for sand-milling under high batches Bronze with high lead content (15-20 %) with research of lead nodules giving excellent distribution thanks to special casting method Aluminium bronze that is highly corrosion resistant Aluminium bronze with high hardness ranged from 240 up to 400 HB for use in stamping toolings or forming rollers. for use in stamping toolings or forming rollers.   All alloys are systematically inspected and tested in metallurgy laboratory comprising : 1 spark spectrometer (36 elements) 1 sand magnetic permeability tester 1 sand electric conductivity tester 1 mechanical test machine (T, YS, E) 1 Hardness Brinell tester
